Our specialized service ensures official attention, original parts and direct support from the manufacturers.

2010 – 2014. Warranty computer line and gray to brands BGH e-nova of IFSA, Noblex, Philco of Newsan SA and DELL of Unisol by RA Computing.
2013 – 2023. Warranty for computer, brown goods, gray goods and small appliances for brands X-View, Admiral, Panoramic, Coop, ZEN, Level Up and Smart-tek from ACEGAME SA
2013 – 2018. Warranty for computer and grey line products for Coby, Voxson and Archos brands from GASEI SA
2014 – 2021. Warranty for IT and gray goods lines for Positivo BGH Admiral and VAIO brands from INFORMATICA FUEGUINA SA by IFSA

2017 – 2020. Warranty for the IT, gray and brown lines of Net Runner, Game Runner, Panoramic, and SmartBee brands from Grupo Runner SA
2018 – 2023. Warranty for computer, gray and brown goods lines for Unibell's Panacom brands. BeOne, Neso, Colorius, Daihatsu, Kodak, Hot Wheels, Barbie, Skybell and Daewoo for Nexina. MaxYou for Maxtrend by #9.
2019 – Present. Warranty for the IT, gray and brown goods lines for brands PC BOX, FIAT e-mobility, Tedge, Kany of Grupo Nucleo SA

Technical background and advanced diagnostics
Although we've always specialized in computers, our time as an authorized service center for multiple manufacturers allowed us to service entire product lines and handle a very high volume of work. That period was key to perfecting our advanced electronic diagnostics, learning to manage difficult customers, accessing privileged technical information, obtaining original spare parts, and working to the same standards required by the manufacturers.
With more than 30,000 diagnoses performed, that experience led CM Informática to become an Authorized Lenovo Service Center, authorized seller and technical reference in Bahía Blanca.
All this experience allows us to accurately repair notebooks, PCs and other work and intensive use computer equipment, regardless of the brand, once their warranty has expired.
Evolution and recognition
It all started with a single factory. Our strong technical performance led local warranty managers to recommend us internally, even when they switched companies or brands. This allowed us to gradually expand our official service lines and accumulate extensive experience in internal electronics and control modules, the foundation of the precision we apply today to mid-range and high-end notebooks, PCs, AIOs, Mini PCs, NUCs, monitors, and tablets.
Current specialization in high-value hardware
Today our technical laboratory focuses on work and intensive use equipment: notebooks, desktop PCs, workstations, All-in-Ones, Mini PCs, NUCs, professional monitors and mid-range/high-end tablets from recognized brands such as Lenovo and Samsung.
We service Lenovo corporate lines — ThinkPad and ThinkBook, along with professional devices like Yoga. We also work with consumer and high-performance lines such as IdeaPad, LOQ, and Legion.
In other brands, we serve their business and high-value equivalents: HP (EliteBook, ProBook, ZBook), Dell (Latitude, Precision), Asus (ExpertBook, ProArt) and Acer (TravelMate, Veriton), in addition to their consumer and performance lines.
We apply advanced diagnostics and post-warranty repair where technical intervention makes economic and professional sense.
