Service times

Emergencies are reviewed the same day when feasible.

1 to 3 business days, depending on the order of entry, complexity and workload of the laboratory.

Repair

1 to 3 business days, only with approved budget, spare part paid for and received.

The time may vary depending on complexity and technician availability.

Availability of spare parts

If the battery is in Argentina, it takes approximately 5 business days to reach our laboratory.
If it is not locally available and must be imported, the approximate delay is 30 to 60 days.
If the customer brings the battery, the replacement is carried out within the normal timeframe (1 to 3 business days, except for emergencies) and, in case of failure of the replacement part, the reinstallation service is paid for again as it was not provided by us.
