At CM Informática we perform advanced electronic diagnostics to identify real faults in motherboards, power lines, BIOS, integrated GPUs, PCHs and critical components.

We have our own microelectronics laboratory, equipped with professional instruments and qualified technical personnel, which allows us to address complex failures that require experience, specialized equipment, specific spare parts and laboratory time.

Due to the nature of the work, these repairs are undertaken without time constraints or commitment, always evaluating the technical and economic feasibility according to the value of the equipment.

When do you need an electronic diagnostic?

When the notebook has physical faults that cannot be resolved with software or basic maintenance:

What do we analyze in the diagnosis?

Motherboard power consumption
Primary and secondary voltages
Short circuits in MOSFETs, coils, and regulators
Abnormal temperatures
BIOS/EC status
Load circuit
CPU – PCH – RAM Communication
Cold welds or damaged components

This analysis allows us to determine if the failure is repairable, if it requires spare parts, if it depends on scrap, or if it is not advisable to proceed based on the value of the equipment.

In cases where the diagnosis justifies it, we can manage advanced processes through a specialized laboratory.

The service is performed only with the complete notebook for testing and validation.

Diagnostic policy

The diagnosis has a technical cost.
You get a 100% bonus if you proceed with the repair.
If you decide not to continue, you will only be charged for the diagnosis performed.
Electronic repairs are taken without an estimated time, due to the complexity, availability of spare parts and necessary testing.
