The customer buys a battery because his notebook won't charge.

He changes it and it still doesn't load.

The new battery works correctly, but the motherboard has a problem in the charging circuit.

In that case, it is not possible to return the replacement part or refund the money, since the component is in perfect condition.

Spare parts with diagnostics and installation

When we perform the diagnosis, order the replacement part and install it, we guarantee the correct functioning of the replacement part in the equipment.

The warranty only applies to the work performed and not to any other failure that the equipment has or may subsequently present.
